AI growth systems

You do not need six more subscriptions. You need them wired together.

Finding the right people, chasing them until they answer, and producing the assets that give them a reason to. Assembled from the right products for your business, wired together so it behaves as one machine and reports to one number in your CRM.

One invoice and one number to ring. We buy the tooling, set it up and keep it running.

The honest version

The tools are commodities. The wiring is the work.

Anyone can buy Apollo. Almost nobody can make sourcing, enrichment, sending, your CRM and your content engine behave as one system that a sales director can read a number off on a Monday morning.

And almost nobody keeps it working. These systems do not fail on day one. They fail in month seven, when a field name changes, a sync quietly stops and nobody notices for three weeks. That is the bit we are actually selling.

What it does

Three jobs, one machine.

Named after the job, not the technology — the same way we name everything else.

Find

Who you actually sell to, written down properly for once. Then sourcing and enrichment against that definition, triggered by signals rather than scraped in bulk, and deduped against your CRM before a single record lands.

Nurture

Sequences that stop the moment someone replies, replies that get handled rather than queued, and routing that puts the right person in front of them. Most systems start conversations. This one is built to finish them.

Create

The assets that feed the other two. Landing pages, ad variants, video, and the written content that gets you quoted by the AI search engines your buyers now ask first. Produced at a pace a person cannot match, checked by one who can.

A word on tools

We supply the tooling. You get one invoice.

Choosing the products, buying them, configuring them and keeping them current is our job, not yours. No procurement round for six vendors, no seat counts to police, no renewal dates in somebody’s calendar. It arrives as one line on one invoice.

We use what you already own wherever it will do the job, and we will tell you plainly when something in the stack is replaced and why. If a product turns out to be the wrong one, swapping it is our problem rather than a change request.

What it costs

You are paying for requirements, data and wiring.

Mostly for work done by people, priced in the open. The tooling the system runs on sits inside the monthly, so there is one number rather than a spreadsheet of subscriptions.

Requirements and scope

From £1,500

Our standard AI Opportunity Audit, doing double duty. What a lead actually is in your business, where the current process leaks, and what the system has to do before anybody builds it.

Data configuration

£1,500 – £6,000

Dedupe rules, field mapping, ownership and attribution, and a decision about the records you already have. Most databases land between those two numbers; we fix the figure once we have been inside your CRM, because anyone who fixes it on a first call has not looked at your data.

Build and integration

From £4,500

Fixed price, fixed date. The connections between the products, the scoring, the guardrails, the handbacks, and the monitoring that tells you when a seam has come apart.

Run

From £450 a month

Keeping it connected as the products underneath it change, plus the ongoing work the system needs to stay effective — list refresh, copy iteration, deliverability, and the numbers reviewed with you rather than emailed at you.

Tooling

Included in Run

The licences the system needs, bought, configured and maintained by us and carried on our invoice with a margin on top. You are buying a working system rather than a shopping list, and the cost of it is one number you can put in a budget.

The unglamorous invoice line

Most of this happens before anything clever runs.

Agreeing what a lead actually is. Mapping the fields. Deciding what happens to the forty thousand records nobody has touched since 2019.

It is the least exciting thing on the quote and the one that decides whether the system works. Projects that skip it do not fail loudly — they just quietly stop being used, and six months later somebody cancels the subscriptions and says AI did not work for them. Cleaning up CRMs is what we have done for a decade, which is why we are willing to put a price on it instead of hiding it inside the build.

Built with this method

We built our own AI platform in eight weeks.

LeadSignal went from an empty repository to a live, multi-tenant platform with an approved Meta app, real payments and paying tenants, in eight weeks — requirements week included. It is the same sequence we run on client systems, and we are on the end of the pager for it every day.

Requirements first, the data model before anything clever, integrations proven on live traffic rather than mocked at the end, guardrails built alongside the capability. We would rather show you a system we carry the risk on than claim a velocity nobody can check.

Why us

Three things the stack-assemblers cannot say.

It reports to revenue

Most outbound services hand you a list and a dashboard of their own. Ours lands in your CRM deduped, attributed and scored, so the conversation is about pipeline rather than open rates. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics, GoHighLevel or whatever you already run — we integrate with the system you have, and this is the part everyone else gets wrong.

We finish the conversation

A sequencing tool stops the second someone replies. LeadSignal, which we built and run ourselves, picks the reply up, qualifies it in your voice and books the meeting. Nobody assembling a stack out of other people’s products can offer that, because the conversational layer is ours.

Custom goes where it earns it

Off-the-shelf sources and sends, because building that yourself is vanity. Custom goes into the glue, the scoring, the guardrails and the handback rules — the parts no product does, and the parts that make the difference between a system you trust and one you watch nervously.

No lock-in

If you leave, you leave with the system.

Your data, your domains and your CRM are yours throughout. The configuration is documented as we build it, and on exit the licences transfer into your own name rather than switching off.

We would rather earn the retainer every month than keep you by making leaving expensive. It is also the only version of this that survives a finance director reading the contract.

Not sure which of these fits? Twenty minutes on a call usually settles it.

Straight answers

Questions people ask before booking.

Why pay you when I could buy the tools myself?

You could, and some people should. What you are buying is the definition of who to target, the data work that makes the targeting real, the connections between the products, and somebody whose job it is to notice when one of them breaks. The licences are the small part, and they do nothing on their own — which is why we would rather hold them, keep them current and be judged on whether the system works.

Is this cold outreach, and is it legal here?

Business-to-business outreach to corporate addresses is lawful in the UK on a legitimate interest basis, with a clear opt-out on every message and a record of why each person was contacted. We build that in rather than bolt it on. We do not do consumer cold email, and we will say no if that is what is being asked for.

What about our sending domains?

Separate domains for outbound, warmed properly, with authentication set up correctly so your main domain is never the one that gets burned. This is part of the build, not an afterthought, and it is the single most common reason these systems stop working.

Which CRMs do you work with?

Whichever one you already run. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics, GoHighLevel, or something in-house with an API — the data work is the same work in all of them. We know HubSpot best, which makes configuration there faster and lower cost, but it has never been a condition. The system is built around your process rather than around your CRM vendor.

How long before it is running?

Two weeks for requirements, then typically four to six for the first working version, depending on what the data work turns up. You see it running on your own records rather than on a demo account, supervised first, before it is allowed to act on its own.

Do you run this on yourselves?

Yes. It is how we fill our own pipeline, and LeadSignal exists because we needed the conversational half of it and could not buy one we trusted.

Start where everything else starts.

Two weeks, from £1,500, and a written answer on whether this is worth building for you at all.
