Terms of Service

The terms on which we provide this website and our services.

Last updated: July 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Revio website (revio.agency) and set out the general basis on which Revio ("we", "us", "our"), of Imperial Place, 4 Maxwell Rd, Borehamwood, WD6 1JN, United Kingdom, provides its services. By using this website you agree to these terms. Specific client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

2. Our services

We provide digital marketing and related services, including inbound lead generation, SEO, paid search and social, sales enablement and RevOps, HubSpot implementation, consultancy, audit and support, AI enablement, and the LeadSignal platform. Service scope, deliverables, fees and timelines are agreed in writing for each engagement.

3. Quotes and fees

Quotes are prepared on the basis of the information you provide and remain valid for the period stated in the quote. Fees for retainer services are invoiced monthly unless otherwise agreed. Third-party costs (such as advertising spend and software licences) are payable by the client and are not included in our fees unless expressly stated.

4. Client responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, you agree to provide timely access to the accounts, platforms, information and approvals reasonably required, and to ensure you have the rights and permissions necessary for any materials you supply to us.

5. Intellectual property

Content on this website — including text, design and graphics — belongs to Revio or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables created for clients are assigned or licensed in accordance with the applicable engagement agreement. Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Results and no guarantees

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside any agency's control. Case studies and statistics on this website reflect specific past engagements and are not a promise of future results. We commit to good industry practice, transparency and agreed ways of working — not to guaranteed rankings, lead volumes or revenue.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of this website; and our total liability in respect of any service engagement is limited as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.

8. Third-party links and platforms

Our website and services reference third-party platforms (such as HubSpot, Google, Meta and LinkedIn) and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of third parties.

9. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
