Will an AI ever give advice to a client directly?
No. It drafts and searches, a professional reviews and sends. We do not build systems that put an unchecked AI output in front of a client in a regulated or advisory profession.
How is client confidentiality protected?
Data handling is agreed before anything is built: what a system can see, where documents are stored, and who can access them. Where confidentiality rules out a public AI tool, we build on a private AI setup instead.
Can this work with our practice management or document system?
Most systems used by UK law firms, consultancies and architecture practices have an API or export we can work with. This is checked in the audit before anything is quoted.
Does this reduce the quality of our drafting?
The aim is the opposite, a faster first draft built from your own best past work, checked by the same professional who would have drafted it from scratch. The final document is still theirs.
What about client conflicts and access control?
